ALPHA-KIDZ PHILOSOPHY
Founded in 2005, Alpha-Kidz offers a challenging academic program in a warm and nurturing environment. We strive to ensure success by raising the standards, emphasizing on quality and excellence, as well as providing individual attention.
We provide our students with the proper balance of knowledge and skills in critical thinking, while helping them attain life skills with a healthy sense of self-esteem. This allows our students to become successful, respectful, and responsible individuals capable of making wise decisions. The core values that we actively promote in our students are the spirit of adventure, integrity, mindfulness, responsibility, honesty, innovation, teamwork, and respect for diversity. We teach them to acknowledge the rights and feelings of others without judging them, and instill a spirit of community service in our students.
We believe in acquiring knowledge and developing a passion for learning beyond the textbooks. We visit the library, research on world events, and actively participate in projects and events that involve connecting families and raising cultural awareness in our community. Students develop fundamental skills, including an understanding of the subject matter, having high standards for their work, and feeling a sense of pride in their accomplishments.

We offer a rigorous curriculum enriched with advanced material for our students, which allows them the exploratory learning that they love. TRULY DEDICATED TO STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
Our Teaching Team
AlphaKidz teachers are competent professionals who embrace the philosophy and vision of our founder, Mrs. Jessie Kodish, and fully support her mission of bringing out the winner in each child. We strive to educate our students into becoming dynamic learners committed to achieving academic excellence and attaining good meaningful moral values with a driven purpose. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, they also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities. They are resourceful, self motivated, well-organized with excellent leadership abilities. Our teachers are responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Their duties include assigning homework, grading tests, and evaluating students’ progress. Teachers instruct in a variety of subjects and reach students with engaging educational activities, while setting individual goals and providing them with support when needed. Our teachers collaborate to positively impact student achievement, by brainstorming ideas to find effective ways to create a better learning experience, help our students reach their goals, and ultimately make them shine.
